Imperial Golf

Fitting Process

At Imperial, we partner with companies that have equal passion and purpose behind their products as we do with coaching and fitting. Such companies like Mizuno, Cleveland/Srixon, and PING are constantly improving the quality and performance of their products and all maintain very respectable reputations in the golf world for a reason.

Any equipment that leaves our shop is completely custom fit to the players’ mechanics and built to elevate their game. Proper fitting is the most essential factor in purchasing new equipment and will ensure that you get every ounce out of your investment. Check out some of these services below and book a fitting at our “Scheduling” page.

- Player profile

At your appointment, your club fitter will greet you and begin to identify the goals and objectives for your fitting session. You and your fitter will go through your current setup and discuss what you’d like to achieve through your fitting. Once established you will begin your warm up and begin the fitting process.

- Equipment Testing

Through this phase you and your fitter will begin to identity the combination of club head and shafts that best suit your game and above all perform the best for you! If you would like to, this is also your opportunity to test a specific product against your current clubs.

- Assessment

The final step is the assessment of club head, shaft, and grip. Each component of your fitting will be explained and verified with launch monitor data using our GC Hawk from Foresight sports. Your fitter will also provide a detailed fitting report which includes your recommended equipment and the prescribed build specifications.
